Q. Where do you ship from?

We ship from our partnered warehouses located in US, Asia and the United Kingdom. Because we ship from multiple warehouses, please expect your purchase items to ship separately if you ordered more than one.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We are currently shipping to the United States, however, we have plans to expand to more countries by the end of 2022!

Q. How long does your order processing take? 
A. Generally your order will be processed within 2-3 business days.

Q. How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
A. It usually takes between 6-20 business days for purchased items to arrive at the customer's address. Due to Covid-19 supply chain disruptions and higher demands shipments and delivery can take up 20 days. We appreciate your patience in case your order gets longer than the expected time of delivery. 

Q. What is the process of shipping and handling?
A. At Raymana, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We are trying our very best to provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging and post process can take an additional 2-3
business days.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 6 and 20 days for all shipped items to arrive at their destination.

Q. How do I track my order status?

A. You will get an email with information about 'how to track your order' after you complete your payment.

Q. Where is receipt for my purchase?

A. Receipt will be emailed to you after completion of your purchase and payment for the order.

Q. What is the status of my purchase?

A. You can see the status of your purchase on Raymana by clicking on the link sent you via order confirmation email.

Q. What is mode of payment?

A. You can use Express Buttons from ShopPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Facebook Pay. You can also use any major Credit Card, like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc. 
We do not accept cash or checks.

Q. Is the site safe?

A. Yes, as much as other online businesses. Raymana is powered by one of the well-known business leaders, Shopify. You can shop with confidence.

Q. Do you match prices?

A. We do, if the same exact product is sold for a lesser price than ours, we will not only match the price but, if possible, we will give you a 5 to 10% discount on that same item. In order to get the discount/ price match, you will have to contact us.

Q. Do you offer incentives?

A. Yes, by subscribing to our emails you will get special discount coupons via email. We are planning to have not one but many Black Friday sales for our subscribers throughout the year.

Q. Do you have return policies?

Q. How standard are the products you are selling?

A. We are trying our best to provide the best quality products available in the market. If you are not happy with the quality for the price you paid, please contact us ASAP and we will be more than happy to look into it and try to meet your expectations. 

Q. Does Raymana offer student discount?

A. We offer a one 10% discount with valid student ID per purchase. You will have to share your valid student ID via email and a 10% discount code will be emailed back to you in 24 hours or less time.

Q. Can I cancel a recent order?

A. If you act quickly, you can cancel an order while it's still processing. Just find the order in your purchases, choose Details, then select Cancel Order.
