Generally, your order will be processed within 2-3 business days. It usually takes between 6-20 business days for all items in your order to arrive. Due to Covid-19, supply chain disruptions and higher demand shipments and delivery can take up 20 days. We appreciate your patience in case your order gets delayed or takes longer than the expected time of delivery.

At Raymana, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States and Canada, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
1. Processing time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging and post process can take an additional 2-3
business days.
2. Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 6 and 20 days for all shipped items to arrive at their destination.
Note: As mentioned above, some items can take longer than the time frame mentioned in this answer.

Free shipping on U.S. orders $30 and up. The shipping costs listed below are mostly discounted rates. Wherever possible, we have tried to share your shipping cost as much as possible. 
Free shipping in Canada orders $50 and up. 
- International orders do not include duties or taxes. Fees will be due upon receipt.
